Some individuals have reported being unable to complete the process of adding a New User. After all fields have been entered, the loading spinner may seem to just go round and round.
This can be fixed by clearing your browsing history/cache in Chrome
Click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of the browser bar.
Click on History, then history again.
Then click on Clear Browsing history and clear browsing history again.
Exit out of settings and it should work.
Remember, Google Chrome is the supported and recommended browser for the ACHESS Dashboard
