The permissions needed for the ACHESS app are not set when installing the app. They must be manually set. This issue is set to be fixed in the next release. 


Please follow the steps below.



The screenshots and directions are for a Samsung Galaxy S5. Other devices may have slightly different paths / screens.


1. Navigate to the Settings Menu on your Android device.


2. Browse to Applications:



3. Browse to Application Manager:



4. Browse to ACHESS



5. Browse to Permissions



6. Check all permissions to ON
